Umbrian flavours · Historic centre

Umbrian cooking, made here.

A family-run trattoria where Perugia's food traditions reach the table without premade mixes or shortcuts.

Potato gnocchi with white ragù served on a pale plate.

The Umbrian pantry.

Local cured meats and torta al testo, pasta, truffle, meat, seasonal vegetables and desserts made in house. Lolita and Vittorio cook with recognisable ingredients and recipes rooted in family memory, preparing every dish in our own kitchen.

The core menu tells the story of the house; daily specials follow the market, the season and availability.

A family table on Via dei Priori.

Bottega Dei Priori is a small, intimate restaurant in Perugia's historic centre. Here, cooking matters more than effect: clear flavours, generous plates and direct, warm hospitality.
