Lolita and Vittorio.
Vittorio has worked in Perugia restaurants since 2002, first at La Piazzetta. He opened Bottega in 2008; since 2012, with Lolita, it has been the small Via dei Priori trattoria you see today.
Everything is prepared here, without ready-made dishes or bases cooked elsewhere. We make the sauce bases without soffritto, so the ingredients keep their own flavour.
All our desserts are made here too, without premade mixes. We look for flavour and simplicity, with food that does not leave you feeling weighed down.

Find us at Via dei Priori 21, just 50 metres from Corso Vannucci, Perugia's main street. From there, take the street heading down towards Porta Trasimena.
